A Rigorous Certification Process

Obtaining certification has not been an easy task. Unlike many suppliers who buy CE-marked products, we design and manufacture our own tubes and profiles at our Eygalières plant. This process allows us to control every stage of production but adds an extra layer of complexity to obtaining certification.

Our internal production requires strict traceability and rigorous quality controls at each stage: from raw material procurement to finished product manufacturing.

IT Traceability of Material and Piece Movements

Product traceability has become a central element of our production process. Through significant modifications to our ERP system, we have improved FIFO (First In, First Out) management and can precisely trace each movement of our parts.

Traceability of Materials and of the Production Process

Assigning batch numbers upon receipt of raw materials allows us to track each production stage, from the steel coil to finished products. Each phase is recorded, including measurements and involved operators.

Physical Traceability of Manufactured Parts

Since May 2023, every machine in our factory is equipped with an inkjet printer. This allows us to mark all produced parts with an item code, date, and time of manufacture. This identification facilitates product recognition, improves inventory management, and strengthens quality controls.

In October 2022, we received EN1090 certification from the TUV organization for the manufacturing and welding of our Shelterall Large Width products. With the implementation of this traceability system, this certification now extends to all products manufactured in Eygalières, allowing the application of the CE mark to our products.
