Our large sales force, specializing in each profession, and our network of local distributors provide our customers with a local service. The SHELTERALL® teams are on the ground to talk to all customers in person. This collaboration aims to identify the best solution to meet their specific needs. The SHELTERALL® experts work hand in hand with customers to define the size of the project, advise them on the ideal location and jointly come up with the options that will provide a solution that meets their expectations.
Turnkey projects
The SHELTERALL® team handles the whole project, from design to completion. A single contact person is allocated to coordinate the different teams and departments:
- Our Sales Engineers have the technical knowledge needed to correctly follow up the projects. Their ability to listen and be flexible ensures customized follow-up.
- Our Design Office, specializing in metal-textile demountable building solutions, guarantees the strength of the solutions and their compliance with building construction standards. It ensures that all legal and regulatory considerations are taken into account, providing all the paperwork for local authorities and insurers.
- Our Works Department coordinates assembly, project safety and on-time deliveries. It allows for faster installation than traditional construction.
An After-Sales department that provides post-project follow-up
Our commitment continues once the project is complete and the building is operational. We offer continuous follow-up at each stage of the project. If necessary, we guarantee a spare parts service to ensure the continued performance and reliability of the building in the long term.
